Yet, here we are. Just like so many other penny stocks, some good spurts slowly back down. Waiting for news of different flavor obviously since just progress updates don't cut it anymore. But should see some tangible $ deal announcement by the end of the calendar year. We'll see what BT will be able to negotiate.
In order to negotiate HPQ will have to have a working reactor, no hiccups, no more "improvements" as they are calling it and a sustained output of continuous product that meets the quality standards of the buyer. If they dont have that then there can be no deal. A company such as Evonik are not going to sign anything until that criteria is met. The big question right now is "Are we there yet"????
