I'm not so focused on the daily ups and downs of the share price. I don't trade the stock. I'm invested in the business. I buy some at the existing price but I do so with the expectation of large gains in the mid-term. Tax loss selling may be an issue but note that it's over in a few weeks and life goes on as does Pyrogenesis

With the Evonik deal hovering ever more closely it would be really stupid to sell now for tax purposes. Much more to gain by staying put.
