RE:Previously announced?? Congratulations anywayToppert1,
Spreading , misdirections, and half truths again.
Same old BatarnackTop!.
Here are some of the important facts and truths :
2023 Sept 12 PyroGenesis Signs $2.25 Million Plasma Torch Contract for PFAS Removal "...pleased to announce the signing of a contract valued at US $1.65 million (approximately CA $2.25 million) (the “Contract”) from a U.S. corporation (the “Client”) geared to destroy Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (“PFAS”) on behalf of a large operator of public water systems." ...
"However, as a result of renewed interest from the project principles, and upon developing a different approach, the Client re-engaged with PyroGenesis..."
"...As disappointing as it was to suspend our participation in the previous iteration of this project, we are happy that discussions have since developed that enable us to showcase PyroGenesis’ plasma torch capabilities" 2022 Oct 12 Oct 2022 Negotiation for system to destroy PFAS contract has been suspended and discontinued. “This decision was made because we remained firm in our decision to not compromise nor hand over, to the Client, the intellectual property (IP) which we would have developed in Phase 1,” said Mr. P. Peter Pascali, CEO and Chair of PyroGenesis. “Furthermore, after continuous negotiations, it became clear that there was no guarantee that we would be granted Phase 2. Essentially, if we agreed to the Client’s demand, all the IP we developed in Phase 1 could be used by someone else in Phase 2." Wasn't it a good reason to terminate/suspend ?
And NOW
a year after the properly agreed upon signed contract, the system is delivered and operational.
Theshare, how's that for sh.t management.
CONGRADULATION indeed.

Toppert1 wrote: This contract was first announced more than three years ago:
"PyroGenesis previously announced its involvement(Press Release dated October 28, 2021) in this very same project before subsequently suspending and discontinuing discussions (Press Release dated October 7, 2022) as, at the time, the project did not align with the minimum requirements of the Company’s global strategy. ..."
Now, three years later, they've announced they've completed it and it works.
Congratulations
