The dealIt's more like we're getting nothing but good will, and the possibility to make money in the future with either the help of HON to certify a new design, or a part of a new JV set up to develop a new engine. For that, we are giving HON a customer with a market of 5,000 existing planes flying out there, and increasing by 100 built every year.
I don't know the math involved in this transaction. If the possibility of this JV has an upside for us, then that's all gravy. What I mean is, that if we get part of the pie for those developments contemplated in the JV, from sales of the developed products, and then consequent sales to other OEM's, then we're good with this JV. I hope it's 50%/50%.
