Trump is never going to tarrif CDN oil or gas , the US economy is far to dependent on that supply to both the East coast and the Gulf coast refineries If he did it would put up the price of gas in the US up more than 50 cents a gallon. That would result in major protests and marchers .I don't know why you cant see that simple fact Dump , is it you sold to early or just another rabble-rouser for your own motives TC is going nowhere but slow but sure up and to the right on a stock chart.
