Offtakes my be tough because state of the EV market 
growth is non existent as of now   Tesla still doing well but GM/ ford not so much   OEMsmight not be ready to pull the trigger yet    Hope I am incorrect 
Not saying it's a pump and dump but ucore needs a ton of capital so any rise in pps could mean more dilution   They have done it b4
