NexGold Mining Corp. is a gold-focused company with assets in Canada and Alaska. The Company’s Goliath Gold Complex, which includes the Goliath, Goldlund and Miller deposits is located in Northwestern Ontario. The Goldboro Gold Project in Nova Scotia has consolidated 28,525 hectares (285 square kilometers) of prospective exploration land in the Goldboro Gold District.
