Preferred Share Conversion

Preferred Share ConversionAs per the N/R Nov. 26th:

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to convert all of its issued and outstanding Class A preferred shares plus accrued interest into 8,576,247 common shares at a deemed value of 10 cents per preferred share.

Totally pi--ed of that these were converted at $.10 per share when when the common shares are trading today at $.015 per share.  Offer me even $.05 per share for my shares and i would be long gone.  That is how bad this is.

This is a total sh-t show.  These guys have hi-jacked this publcly traded company and are doing what ever they want.  It shows you how "toothless" the BCSC is as they watch these guys run roughshod over the minority shareholders.
