HSTR Appoints Prev CEO of First Majestic Silver to Board Today, Heliostar Metals (HSTR.v HSTXF) announced an addition to its board of directors, appointing Ramon Tomas Dvila Flores as a non-executive director.
Dvila brings extensive experience with leadership roles including CEO of First Majestic Silver, President of Pan American Silver and, most recentl, President of Guanajuato Silver. He previously served as Durango’s Minister of Economic Development, showing his range and depth of experience.
Highlighting this addition as crucial for supporting the company’s transformation into a gold producer in Mexico, HSTR's Chairman, Jacques Vaillancourt commented:

High-Grade Gold Results at Ana Paula

Highlights include an impressive 87.8 meters at 16.0 g/t gold, with 16.1 meters grading 71.8 g/t gold, and 125.9 meters at 4.02 g/t gold, including 23.6 meters at 12.5 g/t gold. With a 36% increase in grade for indicated resources last year and the potential for further resource upgrades, Ana Paula continues to deliver exceptional surprises in gold mineralization.
