buyout rumour

i think its doubtful, esp based on current state of company.
large amount of debt in the company and is running negative cash flow

cyclicality of the biz makes it harder to find too many buyers esp those willing to pay a premium to current mkt price.

also foreign buyer would require government approval - given the dominant market position 

capital markets - not many buyouts in Canada this past year and not clear how much interest rates would have to fall to get a debt financed deal
still its a nice thought if it could happen
