If I worked at surveillance at the TSX, I would have flagged that trade immediately.
People have always explained away moves lower here as being "manipulation".
They have it bass-ackward.
If anything, this is being supported artificially, not suppressed.
Like I said days ago, whoever or whatever is trying to defend 60 cents here better be ready to buy a whole lot of stock.
They'll fail.
This stock isn't worth anywhere near the current price, and there are 187 million shares outstanding.
