RE:okay Student, I'll bite...Gorilladome47,
You stated "The company has clearly articulated to the market that they have successfully extended the life of mine by another 8 yrs...with only minimal drilling. That number could be extended further with additional drilling etc... LDI 2.0, 8 more years on the book...deal with it, move on. "
What the company has in fact clearly articulated is that the necessary drilling program or programs that the company must be enabled to pay for (no money is no funny mister) in order to actually in fact necessarily "prove up" what is a mere preliminary mineralization estimate and be able to "legitimately" call that supposed graphite find below the existing LDI pit "a graphite reserve" is nowhere near being assured; thus, the so called 8 years more mine life at LDI claim by and on behalf of NGC management is at best speculation and at worst more of the same on the part of management.
No OEM representative would even consider committing to awarding an offtake purchase agreement to a company that simply has not "proven up" it's merely claimed graphite find within and underneath an existing nearest to entirely depleted LDI pit.
So, deal with it Gorilladome47.
You stated "Raw, natural flake from LDI 2.0, Bissett, and Namibia would go a long way in the near term...especially within the backdrop of a potential graphite bull market due to Chinese supply restrictions, or an outright ban.
We have a lot of high quality natural flake period, in the ground...partners with some cash can bring that to market very easily and within a relatively short turn around time. "
LOL! Even though it's believed to be a decent asset, how far away from production would Bissett Creek be and can NGC, in it's current perhaps nearest to being taken into CCAA proceedings at any second now status, be allowed to last that long; let alone be enabled to raise the necessary $150 Million of so for Bissett Creek and $45 Million or so for Nambia's Okanjande graphite project.
This company is going to have to sell one or more of it's assets just to in part pay back "Sprott", the largest NGC creditor by far.
I'm wondering whether the plan is to have NGC majority equity control become held by Rain Carbon and in arranging for that and as a consequence of achieving that, Rain Carbon would be able to provide NGC the monies with which to pay off all the debt owed to "Sprott" and that other creditor, a company which Greggory Bowes "consults"?
As I said, NGC is going to have to seek the safe harbor of a much larger and much mor solid player. They will likely change the name of NGC following that particular achievement.
A massive and materially dilutive equity issuance and capital raise would facilitate what I am suggesting Gorilladome47.
The question is at what price per share?
