RE:RE:RE:RE:Last 100 k Left for SaleIslandbrook,
Intent to sell does not mean everything will be sold.
24/09/18 24/11/13 Here is the last report.
PYR Insider filing Also, Mellon Trust has 825 000 warrants that can be exercised
And, as I pointed out, it can get
2 541 684 more share if the loan is converted.
I do not believe that sales by the Trust is really bringing SP down.
The broker is selling into the bid when the number of share is adequate.
A nice way for small investors to get shares without driving up the cost 3-5-10 cents.
IMHO TOCKY8008
islandbrook wrote: TOCKY8008 I believe that the remaining sales by Mellon Trust is 27,800. When it was announced that the trust was selling 850,000 shares the Trust owned 922,457 shares of PYR. Sale of the 850,000 shares would leave a small balance of 72,457 not covered by the registration. As the Trust according to INK held 100,257 shares as of Friday, Dec 6, the balance of the registered shares would be 27,800.shares. This could easly be accomplish on Monday, Dec. 9. It looks like clear sailing until Year End.
