If Smart Gateway is already superior to anything else on the market (and based on 2+ year history, we know how it sells), how can something "superior-er" to already superior change anything? Again, Xtract isn't ntroducing anything new to the formula.
Yes. I listed to the CC. Q1 was weak because 3-4.customers (I believe PE mentioned 3) delayed for 3 DIFFERENCE reasons (not all because of the upcoming One Gateway).
Couple of concerns then:
1. Such insignificant customer count can make such a huge difference in financials. This shows how vulnerable our financial situation is to what is a common occurrence with customers.
2. I really don't appreciate how you and some others here are trying really hard (and in a sneaky way) to write off Smart Gateway as something that's already behind us and even customers don't care about it anymore. YOU just said that sales were down because schools and hospitals are now waiting for One Gateway. Really? It's not even certified yet!
I'm not going to let you do this. Almost 3 years of telling us that Smart Gateway is IT.. the most superior product in this segment, and now with a straight face (figuratively speaking) you are casually saying that customers don't want it.
Didn't PE say that both have their place? Yes he did. This means that Smart Gateway is supposed to be selling REGARDLESS.
SALES team must be replaced ASAP!
