RE:RE:RE:RE:Here ,s a thought ! Yes, On google earth I see the obvious container port because there's lots of containers there right adjacent to Manga, a borrough, if you will, of Cartagena.

A few kilometers to the south I see a huge tank farm and dock that I assume to be Frontera's port. Both ports look impressive. Following the piping from the tank farm to the dock there looks to be at least 6, probably more, large diameter pipelines. Obviously designed to pump a lot of oil. I see no containers nor cranes near the tank farm nor a tank farm near the container port up near Manga. 

Another thing to note is that the tank farm is very close to a nature preserve, a favorite with tourists. Obviously Frontera runs a very clean, spill incident free, operation.
