You being more than 70 years old and forgetting where you read the fact being that NGC management cancelled that base shelf prospectus would be understandable to another 70 person.
However, given that I am apparently older than Bissett Creek dirt and that even I would be able to remeber where exacly I read such a statement by management on the part of NGC, I can not excuse you not having told me earlier about such a base shelf prospectus having been cancelled.
