RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Touchstone Exploration Announces Preliminary 2025 GuidanceHe recently has been sort of under promising with hopes of over delivering but has not been able to even hit lower revised numbers.
Perhaps that is why they made the play for Trinity.
Maybe these assets are not what they thought they were (decline rates, etc).
He has to explain it all in more detail tomorrow.
Only reason I could think of to releasing this vague news relaease today is to temper expectations for tomorrow.
I hope I am wrong.
