and quarterly earnings are around the corner...-if the company can start ecking out a profit (as the new CEO seems determined to do with his focus on cost control) and surprise to the upside, or they miss (like usual) on revenues the stock will move +/- 20% easy.

There also may be news on separation of the 2 divisions ...bottom line this is this is always an EVENT driven story...nothing less and nothing more...dwdc
