It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

US International Development Finance Corporation mulling"The US International Development Finance Corporation is mulling over whether they should provide a loan of up to $550 million dollars to develop a nickel and cobalt mine in Brazil ... The project is set to produce 27,000 metric tons of nickel and 900 metric tons of cobalt a year" ... now that's a significant amount of critical minerals but, hey! what about Fortune Minerals ~2,000 metric tons of cobalt and ~2,000 metric tons of bismuth per year - now that's highly significant amount and in the US' backyard - hello US International Development Finance Corporation.
