Budget and Forecast

Budget and Forecast
Good fundamentals, 85% gas,15% liquids so still very much a low-cost gas Co. (OPEX and T service ~ $10 boe).  RBC target C$11.

What interests me is what will happen if US imposes tariffs on CDN natgas production being sold into US. That means higher costs on the other end which the new Pres will be challenged to explain.

What also interests me is a recent takeout of Vesta Energy (Duvernay oil in central AB) by Parallax who is funded by Carnelian of Houston.  Parallax says they want to grow the business in CDA so presumably Carnelian agrees. The exchange rate looks prime for US cross border shopping once CDA gets its act together politically (oct 2025 at the latest) and once we know what Trump does on tariffs.
