RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How will spin out to Vinland Lithium work

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How will spin out to Vinland Lithium workYour calculation is wrong in my opinion. We must divide 324,281,282 by 8000 which gives 40,535 then we take 2,000,000 divided by 40,535 which gives 49.34 so for every 8000 shares of Sokoman that a shareholder owns he should receive 49.34 shares of Vinland. Possibly to round up to 50 shares Sokoman will have a little less than 2,000,000 shares and all shareholders a little more than 2,000,000. In my opinion it seems that the ratio was calculated knowing in advance that it would have financing issuing more than 37 million shares. When we receive these shares we must keep them for at least a year because there should be a lot of positive news to come from the exploration work and possibly a lot of drilling when the snow has melted and the temperatures rise in the spring. There won't be many shares outstanding and the price could rise quickly.
