What to think of the new board member

What is the message?

Well in my opinion it says I'm looking for someone that has some experience in selling a company or partnering with a pier company or in a complete new field, why not, let's cut our losses and move on. It was a great idea but failed in the execution phase. If it does fail it will be a first for Evan, he was a winner in all of his past endeavors I believe.
