Bad deal and a lottery for shareholders

Bad deal and a lottery for shareholdersThis is nothing bubad deal for majority of shareholders. You get an unknown value and a super weird lottery if you vote yes.

This is why this is a lottery. By voting yes you have no idea what you are going to get. It is impossible to get a 50/50 split among the shareholders and that means no matter what you will never get 100% of what you want. It will always be some sort of a combination of what you want and what you don't really want. It is a gamble, specially with News.

This is such a weird and unusual deal offered by these guys. The more I think about it the worse it looks for the shareholders. It is simply disrespectful.
