Its La Paloma facility is located in Kern County, California. The Company also has a Harquahala natural gas generation facility in Arizona.

and ten dollars a share vaporizes just like that! The thing that really p***es me off is the price drop the day BEFORE the announcement....it don't seem to matter what bloody company it is....it happens EVERY TIME: A whack of people unload the day before the new "bought deal"  is announced.
And they make it sound like this is good news (????) if the SP is high and CPX wants to go buy something....BORROW THE MONEY, especially now that rates are coming back down
CPX has lost all credibility with me.....I'll hang on for a while, hope it recovers to the mid sixties and I'll dump this thing because, IMO, management just screwed its shareholders....and I hold a grudge.
