Thanks for that. Seems strange that Donneville would have suggested that route then as I find it difficult to believe non voting shares would vote in favour of giving such a high premium to the voting shares.
Then again, maybe combined with a buyback (SIB) of non voting shares in conjunction it would make the scenario more palatable for the 'A' holders. If it meant getting back to the big board it would end up being a positive move.
