At issue isn't whether they can 'do' or achieve what they are hopeful for. The issue, at least for me is the rampant dilution thru private placements. They need a deal, or do something that gets them cash. I recognize it's a catch 22...they need results to get to a deal/cash and they need cash to get results. The share price needs to get moving and despite what anyone attributes to a bear market...money flows where money can be made...and IMO nobody seems to see that with VCT, for now.
