Here is a lower bound for that estimate. I annualized fourth quarter ebitda  plus the $112k on legal fees and $296k for SSI transaction costs. That works out to $1,402k for the fourth quarter ebitda adjusted for the aforementioned costs. Multiplying the total by 4 and adding $4,700k gives us $10,308k  in adjusted ebitda for 2025 excluding any additional growth from the Ontario and BC acquisitions. 

I'm not sure where the fourth quarter typically ranks relative to the others on a seasonal basis. I believe for the most part, there is not much deviation in results from quarter to quarter so the estimate I provided above is reasonable.
