We have more then enough States on board to go to SCOTUS and get approval for medical, Boise case will do this imo. 38/50 is majority rule, Gay marriage had 37/50 States on board when they went to SCOTUS and won. We are stuck in the political quagmire politicians love and make their money on. This cannabis purgatory nightmare needs to end and the only way will be through SCOTUS. imo
