That the FDA is like the "new boss" who asks you to do x y and z in a project

,..and you bring x y and z completed to the new boss who then says: "I like what you've done but can you please tell me this this and this and bring it back to me?"


... Only for you to do exactly what they ask for .. at which time they ask you to rewrite it in a different language. 

... It would be nice if the new boss laid out everything they were looking for from the onset.. but that's the nature of getting to know this new boss 

The point is.. you don't know them You're learning sometimes slowly and painfully, who they are 

..and at the end of the day..

.. they're still the boss, new or not!
