Yeah, after about 16:00 mark. He talks about 2 customers.

At no point did either Evans or JP say the result was because 2 customers orders did not go through. That is a lie.

It was a generalization by both Evans and JP

In fact JP used the words 3 or 4 customers and then gave a couple examples.

You just can't make stuff up Engaged
