Has anyone listed the Northern German Companies that might have all this land available and might be interested in owning and operating HPQ's equipment, built by Pyro?
It could also be BASF
BASF is a global company offering a vast portfolio of products ranging from adsorbents to chemical and FCC catalysts, emissions control catalysts, and battery materials. With over 100 years of experience in recycling materials, BASF provides reliable partnership and value for recycling processes. The company's Catalysts division is a leading supplier of environmental and process catalysts, protecting the air we breathe and ensuring efficient production of various chemicals and plastics.
Yes, there are a few, but I guess I lean towards Evonik because as Peter would say, once we have our foot in the door offering one product, why not offer coffee and donuts once inside the fence. Evonik does have an industrial park in Northern Germany. The reason why I think this NR would be separated is because although Pyro has a 50% stake in HPQ Polvere, they do not have any ownership of this portion of HPQ's business, outside of being the manufacturer of the equipment and being a shareholder of HPQ.
I personally think it is very likely to show HPQ the potential advantages of working with Evonik when negotiating a deal for the fumed silica, to show that yes they are also interested in coffee and donuts. Without puting any money forward, but suggesting a multi legged stool exists to work with them over one of their competitors.
Just my point of view.
