Yep, they are not cancelled. They are sold on the secondary market. More, at these volume, brokers have to coordinate a (or some) buyer(s) and the seller; these shares were not abruptly thrown onto the market. A slight discount (for volume) is normal.
10,2 M shares has been traded on the Pure platform (Re: Stockwatch). It could be them.

Lets see the impact tomorrow. Slighty positive or slightly negative ??
