RE:Money narrative

RE:Money narrative

In one sentence: "Now, in December 2024, not only is a new CEO not in place, but the company has no Board of Directors, all of the former directors having resigned. An annual meeting, postponed on more than one occasion, is not currently scheduled."

And shortly after: "So what does that look like? Let’s help them out by providing a simplified 10-step game plan that a CEO prospect would consider:..."

And with no board, just who is "them" that the 10-step plan is supposed to be delivered to?

Maybe the regulatory agency responsible for letting this go on could volunteer a few folks, since they don't seem to be doing any regulating anyhow. Or maybe stuff a few mannequins, give them job titles and set them around a meeting room table?
