Rick Rule gave up on DC.A .He mentioned investing at DC.A was a mistake. That was back in 2016. Now he is again picture . Not only he started buying DC.A, yet his top picks is Dundee

Is he making the same mistake as he did in 2016?

The court, I have feeling that your average is around $1.50 . If you lost faith in management ,maybe consider to make some decisions.
