Here is my guess as to the Guyana position and stalling ...cgx would certainly have the same or maybe better terms for profit sharing as Exxon ...so maybe the shake out is to get those terms changed ....can not see how cgx and frontera are not allowed to recoup capital invested first ...like Exxon ..
