Im not expecting to see a NR from SEA.  THink about it, TUDs release was announcing one thing:  they hired "outside" counsel cuz theyre worried about SEA steralizing their claim.  Its remarkable that thats all that was in the NR. BUT, what is MORE remarkable is that they did NOT already have "outside counsel".  Do they have inside counsel? I dont thinks so.  Unless they added another group to complement and the IR group and the captial markets groups that have overseen the total collapse of TUDs share price.
