RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Borborema Hey Mac!

Merry Xmas to you and your family.

I lost total faith in management when they sold the 8000 shares of TauRx to a private individual.  I emailed investor relations, told them that I am a shareholder and asked for the same deal.  They never got back to me.

I have been a Dundee shareholder for a very long time well before Jonathan became CEO.

Here is a timeline since CEO

2017
there were 55,701,603 Subordinate Voting Shares the average price of $3.

2018
Gold $1,269
Jonathan becomes CEO.
Stock never trades above $2 between him being CEO and Dec 13, 2024

2024
Gold $2,659
Subordinate Shares Outstanding 86,279,255
Options & Other Stock-based Compensation 10,091,543

DC.A Current Stock price $1.53

There are roughly 90% more common stock. Unfortunately it is half of 2017 and to make matters worse we no longer have really cheap pref equity funding.

I consider myself a long term owner of the company (I substantially increased my ownership based on TauRx) and am not going to give management a hall pass or pump the stock to juice price.
