RE:RE:Kram 18PS, price shares rise on demand, generated from good news, revenue projections and profit....not private placements. Clearly you've never been inside a boardroom  of a public company as I have, on both sides...many times. You think I'm being critical...hardly. Hopes do not move share prices.
