RE:sp shows people currently don't have Yes, agreed and that is exactly the BEST TIME IN THE WORLD to load up, when people are in a state of depression and hopelessness.  The lack of confidence is truly a very bullish sign.

You want to be selling when market is extremely bullish in a state of blissful joy and very hopeful.
