Jigsawman I like your post, also noteworthy (because it keeps getting brought up) if you had $300 gold in your pocket that's good! And, If it cost you $120.00 to acquire it, you'd have quite a margin. Even If your all in cost of debt/interest & acquisition of product cost to get it in your pocket was $140.00-$175.00 you would still turn a net profit enviable to most businesses.

point I'm getting at is, it keeps getting brought up the cost to mine out & process the ore is an unknown & while yes, these economic assessments are unknown to the market, as of yet, (Waiting for end of March now) we are able to evaluate other known operations and do some comparisons.

We pretty much know roughly what the cost per oz. Is for heap leaching an open pit within reason (+/- with adjusted variables), not rocket science. Underground a bit more complicated for sure, but still, with the grades/depth/continuity it's easy to see these deposits will be developed.

Richard Young stated these mines are manageable to build out, I believe in his ability to assess the projects.

Of course Rick Rule is talking "vicious" talk. He's a buyer here
