RE:China Considering Graphite BanFrenchie18473,
You stated "not ONE buyer of antimony cares. ALL they care about is three things:
1.Do you have antimony?!
2. How much can I buy?!
3. How soon can you deliver?!
As pertains to Northern Graphite Corporation, we can answer all three points by stating, as to #1, NGC doesn't have enough of a nearest to entirely depleted historical graphite reserve remaining for anybody and anybody's uncles to be greatly interested in outright gambling when electing to go about awarding any graphite material offtake purchase agreement to NGC. What's more, NGC creditors ( in particular "Sprott") would be considered by the representatives of any would be awarding offtake purchase agreement company as being the creditor likely exercising impled rights to possession of whatever amounts of existing inventoried graphite and whatever amounts of graphite material is to be mined from the nearest to entirely depleted historical graphite reserve at LDI.
Heck, were "Sprott" so inclined, "Sprott" could in an instant make sure that NGC would be facing a walk into CCAA proceedings. This you can't deny Frenchie18473.
As to your #2 point, we can answer that particular question by saying simply not enough; and it would be quite a while before that supposed new graphite find within and below the existing LDI graphite pit, i.e. the merely preliminary mineral estimate claimed to be identified at LDI, could be necessarily and entirely "proven up" and only then legally considered to be "a graphite reserve" that would be serving to extend the life of LDI for a previously estimated 8 years and also would be allowing for serious companies, e.g. automotive manufacturers and/or their battery cells manufacturing partners, to begin to approach NGC management regarding securing the purchase of whatever specified kind and quality of graphite material extracted from any proposed as new graphite find at LDI.
Where are the drill cores assay results derived from the very long delayed drilling program claimed by the company to have already been started?
As to your thrid point, i.e. how soon can you deliver, I would refer you to my responses to the questions posed by way of your first two points.
A ban would not immediately benefit specifically Canadian companies such as Northern Graphite Corporation. the only company or companies to benefit from a demand for the graphite material already extracted, processed and inventoried by NGC to date and later, would be "Sprott" and the other creditors of the company. They would sell forward to their chosen customers the very graphite mined at LDI just to recoup monies owned to the creditors.
Savvy?
