RE:RE:RE:RE:BOSON ENERGY and PYROGENESIS

RE:RE:RE:RE:BOSON ENERGY and PYROGENESISAnd from @cargo and @cashbag2.0:

@cargoVery interesting... Senior Vice President of Asia Aditya Sharma recently posted a very ambitious plan Utilizing Boson Energy's technology (HPAG) which includes a 20 year off take agreement:) \ \\

@cargoAnother recent post about HPAG technology (Boson Energy) and the Siemens collaboration. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/hydrogen-plasma-assisted-gasification-hpag-technology-sanjeev-nefjf

@cashbag2.0Pyrogenesis mentioned here as a partner https://www.rechargenews.com/energy-transition/-we-will-produce-carbon-negative-green-hydrogen-from-non-recyclable-waste-at-zero-or-below-zero-cost-/2-1-1162744 (edited)

@cargo$PYR is listed as a partner https://bosonenergy.com/

@risetothetop This part clearly refers to Boson Energy: The Company has been in discussions over several years with a European entity, to act as a potential supplier of plasma torches for the entity’s waste-to-energy initiatives; the entity has, at times, listed PyroGenesis as their torch supplier in various publications online. This entity has recently announced having entered into an agreement with a German multi-Billion-dollar leading technology company to accelerate green energy transition through waste-to-energy technology. The entity announced that it aims to establish 300 plants producing 1 million tons of hydrogen over the next several years.

@ordos Alright, so it seems that one Boson Energy's gasification reactor will host at least 2 torches: https://www.rechargenews.com/energy-transition/-we-will-produce-carbon-negative-green-hydrogen-from-non-recyclable-waste-at-zero-or-below-zero-cost-/2-1-1162744 https://bosonenergy.com/technology/

@ToolmanTim Yes! It seems to me (observationally only) that Boson/Siemens are looking at "whole buildings" dedicated to massive amounts of recycling... while PRRS is perhaps a much smaller footprint and not so pricey for a small municipality or large corporation. PRRS seems like it will fill a particular "throughput need" and "cost outlay" and perhaps be an "addition" to waste handling sites that are already in existance.

@ordos @ToolmanTim Each of Boson Energy's plants may contain more than 1 torch system, so this gets even better.

@ToolmanTim Agree... Way better. 300 installations by Boson/Siemens could mean 300 torch sales, with parts and maintenance ongoing... and in addition, this PRRS project that has gone from $25-$30M to $115-$160M. PRRS is the land based waste solution PYR has already created. First there was PAWDS (waste destruction on aircraft carriers).. now there is land based PRRS. Gangbusters! Here is the link to the already for sale (separate from Boson) PYR PRRS product... for sale now (that was published in 2021): https://www.pyrogenesis.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/PRRS-EN.pdf

@pennytodollar Well we know Boson needs plasma torches and we know we are partnered with them. I agree the time to buy is now before the dots are officially connected. That said, it is certainly possible there are more than one waste gasification projects going on

@cargo Boson post on Linkedin This partnership with Siemens is fantastic, this will allow Boson to focus all their attention on building reactor systems (300 total) letting Siemens take care of the rest of the infrastructure required. Another tidbit of info is that Siemens will also will be taking care of DC-AC power grid support that will be needed to supply PyroGenesis's torches (They run on DC current)

Slugmyster That's very serious backing for Boson Energy's projects. Siemens is an industry giant. The projects have to do with the plasma waste gasification, where Pyrogenesis is involved, so this is very significant. I would presume that the increased scope Plasma Resource Recovery System (PRRS) project mentioned in the Q&A NR dated 2 days ago for a client in Europe would be Boson Energy. @ordos That's very serious backing for Boson Energy's projects. @ToolmanTim @tinfortheeasywin it is very encouraging to see Boson (whom PYR supplies with torches) talk about a $300M venture with Siemens, who themselves mention “plasma”… but, I feel this is very different and separate (parallel for sure) from the PRRS that PYR discusses in Answer #2 where they detail their own designed and finished product. Double opportunity in my opinion. Boson/Siemens AND PYR’s own system. I’m sure there is plenty of garbage to go around

@risetothetop @Slugmyster - Sometimes watching news released from other companies can be just as exciting for PYR investors if you can see the connection. Speaking of which: https://hydrogen-central.com/siemens-and-boson-energy-enter-agreement-to-accelerate-the-green-energy-transition-through-waste-to-hydrogen-to-x-technology/

EtheGreat wrote: Boson has one helluva wish list & very aggressive timeline plan -- looks like they need to get 1st Group of Plants Construction going now !

With on-going Global Supply Chain issues (All Mgr's should be aware) it may take 1 1/2 - 3 Yrs of Construction (starting with acquiring desired locations, Construction Permits, etc...) to Completion & then going on-line !

And if it takes Pyro 3 - 7 months for Air Torches, 6 - 10 months for High-Powered Torches, they'll need to start Ordering soon !

IMO Looks like Contract discussions need to commence very soon & Torch Orders !

IMO Contracts Contracts Contracts are coming very soon !!!
