Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The Light Oil segment includes its assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of light crude oil and medium crude oil, tight oil and conventional natural gas. Its Light Oil segment consists exclusively of the Duvernay in the Greater Kaybob area with about 155,000 gross acres across Kaybob West, Kaybob North, Kaybob East and Two Creeks.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Premier Ford threatens Trump with energy supply cut-off:Maybe he is bluffing Jimmy or perhaps he is putting it out there before Jan 20th to see what a response/retaliation looks like.
He's done it before, you have to be prepared.
In his first term he put tariffs on Cdn lumber, steel & aluminun while they were negotiating the sham USMCA.
He took them off eventually, once Cda retaliated with their own tariffs.
Yes, they can hurt us but Cda also buys more goods/services from the US than China, Japan & Germany combined (#1 export market for 36 states).
We can collect alot of revenue from tariffs as well and subsidize some of our companies that will feel some pain.
More importantly, this whole nonsense is not good for the markets. 
It unstable and spooks investors on both sides of the border.
