RE:Posted by budmancubfan on CEOAgree with your post budmancubfan and its clear you have used common sense in your thinking. What I find very interesting and leads me to believe a deal is near is the complete uturn Haydn has made in his interviews. In his first interview Rodney asked Haydn if their intention was to conduct more exploration in 2025 or to move what they have already proven into production. Haydn was clear they were going to fast track the production with an 18-month timeline of production by 2026. Well two months later Haydn is still confident of a 2026 production schedule and believes that in 2025 they can complete many of the necessary tasks for production. However, what has changed is the exploration plans for 2025.
Keep in mind this is a very small team, yet PWM applied for a new permit that covers all of the remaining Domes and priority targets. Haydn stated they will complete mag surveys, low-level high-resolution drone surveys, soil sampling, detailed mapping, channel sampling and structural modelling in and around the Domes followed up with drilling. This is a huge undertaking and certainly suggests a program of fast-tracking exploration. With a two-man team on the ground this so sounds as though these plans were developed by a strategic partner who would take over the tasks of putting Case Lake into production while PWM will concentrate on the discovery of new deposits. The other question mark is cost of exploration, and I would conservatively peg this work at 6-8 million dollars.
Is the framework of a JV already completed which would address the costs associated with this aggressive plan? My guess is yes! An additional discovery of a second Cesium Deposit would support the whispers in the market that Case Lake could wake up with the World's Largest Cesium discovery in history and if this were to happen there is little doubt that we would attract the likes of an Albermarle. Not sure what the likelihood of an Albermarle involvement would be but I do know for certain that having a strategic partner the likes of Albermarle or another Global Chemical Company would add rocket fuel to the market cap of PWM. Only time will tell!
