BB’s link is reassuring

BB’s link is reassuring

After what we've been through, I have no doubt we can slog our way through to completion of Part 3 of the licensing process.  We might as well go it alone'ish from here.  Maybe offer the die-hards a big chunk and away we go.
To me, it's just the Sebian Mining Ministry.  Are they just government bureaucratically slow, or are they grinding us down slowly until dead on the vine?  The delay and kill us with time, but give us mining licences.  Maybe they just like the easy revenue they get when we take them and do nothing with them??
Anyway, BB's link yesterday to the Serb-Canadian agreement certainly eases the concern.  Let's get this thing going though.  We need that annex paperwork in yesterday.  I sure hope we are operating on an emergency mode.
I'm sure in a month we will be back on solid footing.
