Comparison

ComparisonAs for this BB, it's rapidly disintegrating. We have Gary (who rates everyone of his posts), figures that $12.00 won't be breached, adds more and then calls for a $10 target (note the spelling). And then there's MrStockface who is hard pressed to write more than 4 words before agreeing with Gary. Anyway, here's the comparison. GLTA

Looking at a 3 to 5 year timeframe - please compare AP.UN and DIR.UN and advise which one you would buy and why.

AP.UN is $2.4B market cap, 9.68% yield, Price/Cash flow 8.5X, minimal per unit cash flow growth predicted, payout ratio 79.4%.

DIR.UN $3.5B market cap, 5.67% yield, P/CF 12.4X, 9% growth expected, payout 70%.

DIR.UN is more expensive but growing faster, and we do like the industrial sector much better right now. We would side with DIR.UN. (5iResearch).
