Tough Sector

Tough SectorCCO is having a hard time in the market. I thought Nuclear was the worlds future Anything negative out there? Would also appreciate your thoughts on NXE.

Nuclear still has plenty of potential and room to grow. CCO has been impacted by declining uranium prices over 2024 and recent sector weakness. It also missed on top and bottom line estimates in Q3 earnings, but guidance was still solid and numerous brokers have increased their price target since. We continue to think it is one of the top plays to get exposure to uranium/nuclear and the nuclear theme is still in its early innings.

We like NXE. It is much riskier than CCO since it is still a ways away from production. We do see plenty of potential in NXE and it is projected that it could be the world's largest uranium producer once it does enter production. (5iResearch)
