Most CAD reits like Artis/ PRV/BTB have done a 50% retracement from the big summer rally

Tax loss sellers (if its actually that), like DIR, NWH, D.UN, HR have been hosed to May/June low levels 

What Im basically saying is the monster pullback has commenced, so presumably safter to buy now then anytime during the past few months

10-20% on recouping the lost ground and more if the "trend" of reits is actually still up

THE US10 YR YIELD IS KILLING US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
