Maybe late to the party butBased on the facts presented, Evonik is the only company that fits the "age" criteria....it was founded in 1968...the others mentioned are much older
Evonik is apparently a company owned by a foundation that uses its profits to remediate the mines in the Rhur. Was set up back then using their knowledge of mining chemistry etc etc...
I checked the big names and they all date back into the late 1800s
So it is not going to interfere with the Evonik agreement...in fact it may solidify it more
Now...I could be wrong....but maybe ...
In any event, I am sure we will all find out in 2025
