Grey Wolf Animal Health Corp tariff on RX Meds

Americans still crossing the border into Canada to buy prescription drugs.
Declaring those at the border will no doubt cost the American citizen more now or with a valid prescription can be shipped to the USA....should propose a tariff on RX meds for both Animal and human prescriptions.
